I am thrilled to announce this very special Rejuvenating Renewal Retreat in Kerela, India.

This is unlike any other retreat offered by the Hill Workshops as it is a retreat that will focus on your body, mind and soul. You will meet with specialists to customize your treatment whether it is for stress management, anti -aging, cleanse, or wanting a physical shift or something you want to work on or simply just because you are ready for something wonderful. ` all treatments will work towards some aspects of all the above. For anywhere between two and three hours a day you will be worked on by four magical healing hands, herbs, mud, steam and ancient Ayurvedic treatments , fed incredibly healing foods, with meditation and gentle yoga when and if you want it . Nights will be spent on the beautiful terrace, listening the the waves , dining and listening to music, with the scent of flowers from the gardens perfuming the air. Afternoon we will to travel to temples, markets, historic palaces and a special village where Three oceans meet and Ghandi was layed to rest.. Even the simplest things are made special like when we hop into a taxi or ricksha and stop at a flower vendor for a beautiful hand strung necklace of fresh Jasmine or picking up fruit and having it brought to your hammock prepared specially for you or perhaps that beautiful stall with the women making chai all while taking your breath away. We will travel the back waters of Kerela and see the beautiful birds along the water, listen to musicians play and watch the loveliness that is the people of India come play and sing and dance on the ocean at sunset. We will learn how to cook a special dish or two, visit spice markets and at the flower market learn how to string beautiful flowers together and make offerings at the most stunning temples. We will stop on the roads edge to photograph things that move us and we will be among the most beautiful welcoming people of India.

This is for you, healing and rejuvenating your body, calming your mind and feeding your soul. We have allowed time for napping in your beautiful cottage, reading in a hammock, writing or painting, swimming or simply gazing across the ocean. We are in south India, calmer that the rest of India, known for it’s cuisine, tea mountains and oceans but I promise that your senses will be awakened from the incredible array of color, sounds and flavors.
